From After Elton's Angry Puppy Video Blog (Your Gay Guide to Sci Fi, Horror, Gaming, Tech, Comics, and Stuff We Like)":
"In this week's Angry Puppy, Marc and Lee try to talk about Heroes and The Sarah Connor Chronicles, but end up in a discussion on when and what they can forgive in sci fi writing. Also in this episode, they review the gay horror short In the Closet and Milo Ventimiglia's gore-iffic Pathology (now on DVD)."
These guys give really funny, really smart, and really dead-on critiques of all the best TV shows. They love "True Blood!"
And I learned that Milo Ventimiglia shows his butt in "Pathology."
Check out their vlog after the jump!

I included a mention of this in the Bar Snacks section, but, after thinking about it, I've decided to gather together an entire post.

And then Gizmodo has an exhaustive review and really great pictures: "There is a lot riding on the shoulders of T-Mobile's G1 Android phone. In some ways, it carries the collective hopes of Linux, open source and Google fans everywhere. It's open, collaborative and community-based, in other words, everything the iPhone and Windows Mobile aren't."

"Scissor Sisters played two secret shows at New York’s annual music showcase, CMJ, with a new drummer no less. Using the fake names 'Debbie’s Harry' and 'Queef Latina.'"
Via The Miami New Times:
The call came in to Tower 41 Condominium, a salmon-pink set of buildings on Pine Tree Drive, on February 22, 2006. Why, asked real estate broker Ricardo Herran, had his client's application to live there been rejected?
In a hushed voice, a curly-haired secretary told him: "It's two men.... Residents are conservative."
The Miami-Dade Equal Opportunity Board (EOB) found this past August 22 that the Tower 41 Condominium Association had discriminated against Bloomfield and his partner Jose Gonzalez based on sexual orientation. This finding might cost the condo owners money in court. And on gay-friendly Miami Beach, it could damage the building's reputation as a peaceful, welcoming place.
This is a reminder that we can't take our rights (even the most basic -- housing) for granted.
From Science Daily:
New research has provided the first detailed look at the internal head skeleton of Tiktaalik roseae, the 375-million-year-old fossil animal that represents an important intermediate step in the evolutionary transition from fish to animals that walked on land.
The new study reminds us that the gradual transition from aquatic to terrestrial lifestyles required much more than the evolution of limbs . . . Fish in deep water move and feed in three-dimensional space and can easily orient their body in the direction of their prey. A neck, seen for the first time in the fossil record in Tiktaalik, is advantageous in settings where the body is relatively fixed, as is the case in shallow water and on land where the body is supported by appendages planted against a substrate.
